New patients receive a diagnostic evaluation and specific treatment recommendations tailored to the child and family.

The Clinical Social Worker in Outpatient Psychiatry will be responsible for:

+ Providing clinical social work services to assist patients and families cope with complex personal, family, medical and environmental problems.

+ Performing psychosocial and risk assessments, assigning diagnoses and developing and implementing interventions and treatment plans.

+ Providing clinical supervision to student interns.

To qualify, you must have:

+ Master's degree in Social Work, LICSW, with a minimum of 2 years of Social Work experience required

+ Experience with children/adolescents and medical environment is highly desirable.

+ Previous social work supervisory experience ideal.

+ Flexibility and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.

+ Spanish language skills strongly preferred.
