    Power BI/SQL Developer / Business Analyst

     

    We are seeking a skilled Power BI/SQL Developer or Business Analyst to support the transition from Crystal Reports to modern reporting tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and management reports, providing data-driven insights to support business decision-making.

    Responsibilities:

    + Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL.

    + Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

    + Assist in the migration from Crystal Reports to Power BI or other modern reporting platforms.

    + Utilize Tableau or other BI tools as needed.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Proficiency in Power BI and SQL; experience with data modeling and DAX a plus.

    + Prior experience with Crystal Reports and report migration projects.

    + Familiarity with Tableau or other BI/reporting tools is a plus.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
