• Sr. Project Manager - ERP

    Description

    Robert Half is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with strong experience leading ERP implementations for large organizations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of the U.S. IFS deployment, serving as the primary point of contact for all project phases. While prior IFS experience is not required, a successful track record of managing ERP implementations across complex environments is essential.

     

    Job Title: Senior Project Manager – ERP Implementation

     

    Duration: Long-term contract

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead the end-to-end project management of the U.S. IFS ERP deployment.

    + Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource strategies.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation.

    + Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to stay on track with timelines and budget.

    + Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and ensure alignment with business objectives.

    + Coordinate with global teams and ensure the U.S. deployment aligns with international efforts as applicable.

    + Manage and monitor KPIs to track the project's success.

    + Potential travel within the U.S. to support deployment activities and stakeholder engagement.

    Requirements

    + 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on ERP implementations.

    + Experience delivering ERP solutions in large, complex organizations.

    + Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    + Proven ability to manage scope, budget, and schedule for enterprise-level projects.

    + Ability to travel as needed across the U.S.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + PMP or other project management certifications.

    + Experience with IFS or similar ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

    + Background in manufacturing, logistics, or other relevant industries.
