    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities

    + Application Development:

    + Design and develop robust, scalable, and responsive web applications using .NET Core and Blazor.

    + Implement interactive, client-side functionality using Blazor WebAssembly and Blazor Server models.

    + System Architecture & Integration:

    + Develop and maintain backend components, APIs, and database integration using Entity Framework Core and SQL Server

    + Integrate 3rd party APIs and services to enhance application capabilities.

    + User Experience:

    + Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create clean, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces using Blazor's component-driven design.

    + Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and usability.

    + Testing and Debugging:

    + Conduct unit testing on application components to ensure functionality and reliability.

    + Debug and resolve application issues, providing timely resolutions for production and developmental challenges.

    + Code Quality and Documentation:

    + Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

    + Ensure software meets architectural standards and is built for scalability.

    + Collaboration:

    + Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver exceptional results.

    + Participate in team meetings, Agile sprints, and code reviews to ensure high-quality development output.

     

    Qualifications and Skills

     

    + Technical Expertise:

    + Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and the Blazor framework

    + Solid understanding of web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.

    + Integration and Database Experience:

    + Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core or other Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools.

    + Knowledge of relational databases like SQL Server, with expertise in writing efficient and optimized queries.

    + Performance and Debugging:

    + Familiarity with debugging tools, performance profiling, and other optimization techniques for Blazor applications.

    + Framework Familiarity:

    + Experience with Razor Components, enhancing interactivity without relying heavily on JavaScript frameworks

    + Prior exposure to cloud environments such as Azure is a plus.

    + Preferred Experience:

    + 3–5 years of experience as a .NET developer, with a focus on Blazor-based solutions.

    + Prior experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and development cycles.

    + Familiarity with DevOps tools for CI/CD implementation (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).

    + Certifications:

    + Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or .NET Developer certifications are advantageous.
