Salesforce Administrator (Litify Specialist)

Seeking a Salesforce Administrator with Litify expertise to manage and optimize the Salesforce environment, improve workflows, and enhance system efficiency. This role involves user administration, support, workflow automation, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities:

+ Administer user accounts, roles, profiles, and licenses.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve user support tickets.

+ Configure Salesforce and Litify (Flows, Process Builder, custom objects, layouts, dashboards).

+ Gather requirements and propose solutions for system optimization.

+ Monitor adoption, conduct training, and maintain documentation.

+ Ensure data integrity and support third-party app integrations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience (2+ with Litify).

+ Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and security models.

+ Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Data Loader.

+ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

+ Familiarity with Apex, Triggers, and Metadata is a plus.

+ Salesforce Trailhead Badges or Superbadges preferred.
