Requirements

Key Responsibilities

+ System Analysis & Modernization:

+ Evaluate and analyze existing business systems, workflows, and applications to identify opportunities for modernization and optimization.

+ Collaborate with IT teams to streamline technical debt, ensuring scalable and sustainable system transformation solutions.

+ Requirements Gathering:

+ Work with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into clear technical specifications.

+ Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather input on system requirements.

+ Solution Design:

+ Develop scalable frameworks for system upgrades and integrations, ensuring alignment with business strategies and organizational goals.

+ Recommend new tools, platforms, or workflows to improve cross-departmental collaboration and system efficiency.

+ Technical Liaison:

+ Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business units to clarify requirements, resolve challenges, and improve understanding of technical concepts.

+ Monitor and report on project progress while ensuring alignment with agreed timelines and budgets.

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration:

+ Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple departments, including HR, finance, and IT, to address fragmented systems and eliminate siloed workflows.

+ Data Analysis & Reporting:

+ Compile data insights and develop reports to measure system performance and support decision-making.

+ Ensure accuracy and reliability in both technical and business reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

+ Technical Expertise:

+ Strong understanding of business systems, integrations, and analytical tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, finance systems, HR platforms).

+ Familiarity with system modernization techniques, legacy system migrations, and scalable frameworks.

+ Analytical Thinking:

+ Exceptional business analysis skills to evaluate workflows, processes, and technical challenges.

+ Collaboration:

+ Proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and build consensus between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

+ Strategic Vision:

+ Capacity to design sustainable processes that align with broader business transformation goals.

+ Experience:

+ 3–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

+ Background in tackling technical debt and cross-department system transformations.

+ Certifications (Optional):

+ Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PBA).
