Description

We are partnering with an insurance defense and insurance coverage law firm based in North Scottsdale to find a strong Legal Assistant to join their team. This a contract role that and are seeking candiates

Responsibilities:

• Directly support two litigation attorneys.

• Filing documents with state and federal courts.

• Drafting shells for letters and pleadings.

• Word processing.

• Case management and document management via iManage.

• Litigation calendaring via Docket Calendar.

• Assist with billing.

• Provide administrative support such as coordinating meetings, setting up conference rooms, creating physical case files.

Details:

• 37.5 hour work week, 8:30am - 5pm

• On site first 30 days, Friday work from home following onboarding

• Pay $25/hr - $30/hr DOE

• Parking covered

• Assignment to last through May

• 2+ years of Civil Litigation experience on a busy attorney desk

• Ability to eFile with State and Federal Courts
