Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Wexford, Pennsylvania. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the accurate and efficient processing of multi-state payroll for approximately 160 employees. If you have a strong background in full-cycle payroll and experience with systems like ADP Workforce Now or Paychex, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Process biweekly, multi-state payroll for approximately 160 employees while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Manage full-cycle payroll operations, including data entry, verification, and reconciliation to maintain accuracy.

• Utilize payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now or Paychex to handle payroll processing and reporting.

• Administer employee benefits, including 401k contributions and other payroll-related benefits.

• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

• Prepare and generate detailed payroll reports using tools like Crystal Reports.

• Collaborate with auditing teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

• Support Certified Payroll standards and practices with attention to detail.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data and employee information.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and adapt processes accordingly. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing, preferably for multi-state payrolls.

• Proficiency with payroll software systems such as ADP Workforce Now or Paychex.

• Strong knowledge of accounting functions and payroll-related benefit administration.

• Familiarity with auditing practices and generating payroll reports using Crystal Reports.

• Certified Payroll certification or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
