    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage and optimize core infrastructure components including compute, storage, virtualization, and backup systems

    + Drive the adoption of automation tools and infrastructure-as-code practices to streamline configuration, deployment, and maintenance

    + Support a hybrid Azure cloud environment, focusing on scalability, cost management, and performance tuning

    + Maintain enterprise endpoint standards across Windows and Linux platforms, including patching, configuration, and security

    + Lead identity and access management initiatives using Active Directory and Azure Entra, focusing on least-privilege and governance

    + Develop and enforce infrastructure security policies and contribute to compliance frameworks

    + Oversee enterprise collaboration tools and assist with platform integration to enhance communication and productivity

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, security, and product teams to align infrastructure efforts with organizational goals

    + Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, proactively addressing risks and implementing performance improvements

    + Build out monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to ensure uptime and meet SLA targets

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

    + 10+ years of professional IT experience, with at least 3 years in a system administration or infrastructure-focused role

    + Strong hands-on experience with:

    + VMware virtualization technologies and enterprise storage systems

    + Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Entra ID

    + Azure Cloud Services and hybrid cloud infrastructure management

    + Endpoint management across both Windows and Linux operating systems

    + Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as PowerShell, ARM templates, or Terraform

    + Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in product-centric IT teams

    + Availability to participate in a rotating on-call support schedule

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Working knowledge of DevOps practices, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipeline creation

    + Experience with tools like Nasuni and Rubrik for enterprise file and backup management

    + Awareness of security and compliance standards (SOX, ISO 27001, etc.)

    + Relevant certifications including:

    + Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Azure Developer (AZ-204)

    + VMware VCP, CompTIA Server+, Microsoft MCSA/MTA
