This role involves overseeing strategic initiatives tied to Mergers and Acquisitions (M& A), including due diligence coordination, integration planning, and post-merger execution.     Job Details:

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (Pacific Time)

     

    Duration: 6-month contract

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Lead and manage M& A projects from initiation through integration.

    + Coordinate due diligence efforts across departments including legal, finance, HR, and operations.

    + Develop and maintain detailed project plans and status reports.

    + Ensure alignment of business objectives and timelines during integration phases.

    + Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery and operational continuity.

    + Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.

    Requirements

    + 5+ years of experience in Project Management with expertise in App Rationalization for a potential merge, sunset or consolidation.

    + Strong communication and facilitation skills

    + Work closely with steering committee and IT& S Directors

    + Address comprehensive inventory of all applications.

    + Experience in software development life-cycle.
