Description We are looking for an experienced Database Developer to join our team in New Castle, Delaware. This role requires a highly skilled individual capable of creating and managing efficient database systems to support critical business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, business intelligence, and database development, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain database systems to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data needs, ensuring accurate and efficient solutions.

• Implement cloud technologies to optimize database performance and scalability.

• Develop and execute test plans, including AB testing, to validate database functionality.

• Create dashboards and reports to visualize data and support decision-making processes.

• Utilize tools like Informatica and MapR to manage data sources and integrations.

• Write and maintain business requirement documents to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Provide technical expertise on Microsoft SQL Server and other database platforms.

• Monitor and troubleshoot database performance and security issues.

• Mentor team members and share best practices for database development and management. Requirements • Proven experience in database development and management.

• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and their application in database systems.

• Proficiency in tools such as Informatica, MapR, and Microsoft SQL Server.

• Ability to create dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.

• Expertise in AB testing and validating database functionality.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience writing business requirement documents and collaborating with stakeholders.
