    Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in Richmond, California. The role is primarily in the industry of Project Management, with a focus on customer service and data management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Overseeing project timelines to ensure tasks and milestones are completed as scheduled.

    • Conducting data analysis via Microsoft Excel to provide insightful reports for the H5Ni project.

    • Ensuring accurate customer service by efficiently processing customer applications and resolving inquiries.

    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to manage and organize files.

    • Handling data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

    • Administering budget, including monitoring and managing budgets to ensure financial efficiency.

    • Processing purchase orders with precision and in a timely manner.

    • Employing scanning technologies for document management and organization. Requirements • Job title: Project Manager

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role

    • Exceptional customer service skills

    • Proficient in data entry tasks

    • Ability to manage timelines effectively and efficiently

    • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

    • Proven experience in organizing files systematically

    • Proficient in scanning and digitizing documents

    • Excellent data analysis skills

    • Experience in entering purchase orders and tracking them

    • Knowledge of budget administration is essential
