    **Job Title:** QA Systems and Analytics Coordinator **Location** : Corporate

    **Department:** Quality Assurance

    Overall Position Summary:

    The QA Systems and Analytics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the administration, ongoing development, and support of all internal QA systems i.e., eHACCP, FoodLogiQ, Health Department system, Steritech portal and day-to-day management of the Contact Center ticket system, and QA mailboxes. Supports the team in coordinating the maintenance and annual review of Workflows, Standard Operating procedures, program templates and document control.

    Principal Duties:

    + Oversee the administration and ongoing development for all internal QA systems; eHACCP, Thermometers/Sensors, FoodLogiQ, Steritech portal, and Health Department system for the QA team. This includes being the main point of contact with internal teams such as IT and external system vendors for troubleshooting and reactive support. Responsible for administration of onboarding new vendors into the FoodLogiQ specification database and for providing non-compliance reports to QA supply chain team.

    + Act as primary liaison between QA, Risk Management, Safety, and the Wawa Contact Center to centralize all processes and tickets. Main point of contact for eHACCP thermometer vendor for replacement program. Work toward the resolution of store eHACCP support cases for standard issues and escalate as needed. Provide eHACCP data to internal teams upon request and coordinate with technical team for routine site and application upgrade projects.

    + Support QA team via the collection, analysis, and reporting of relevant data from multiple systems such as ServiceNow, MicroStrategy, SAP, and Power BI. Reports will range across key supplier (i.e., ThermoWorks returns) data to Wawa store performance metrics.

    + Work with QA & Safety team subject matter experts to support the QA & Safety program through the creation templates and document control. Assist in the submission of program updates to MyWawa support materials and Learning & Development team.

    + Coordinate the completion of VOTA submissions with QA & Safety team subject matter experts.

    + Assist the QA & Safety teams in resolving store issues and inquiries by coordinating responses through team subject-matter experts and documented support materials and standard procedures providing solutions directly to store management teams and associates where applicable.

    + Assist the Safety team by reviewing cleaning chemical supply list daily to ensure within stock and reach out to McLane if low on stock. Complete a quarterly review of cleaning chemical critical items in each distribution center.

    + Execute the foreign object management process to ensure all foodborne illness or injury complaints evidence is gathered, fully documented, and maintained under a chain of custody.

    + Support coordination of annual review of QA & Safety team Workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with subject matter experts.

    + Represent the team holistically on cross functional project teams internally and externally where appropriate.

    **Basic Requirements** :

    + 1-3 years of experience overseeing projects or systems administration

    + Bachelor’s Degree in business or food industry related field preferred

    + Proven ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
