In concert with the Department of Defense SKILLBRIDGE Internship program, JACOBS is an active Employer-Partner of SKILLBRIDGE and has the following opportunities in countless locations across the United States:
* Construction Manager
* Construction Inspector
* Interior Designer
* Drafter/Designer (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM)
* Engineer (all disciplines)
* Quality Control / Quality Assurance
* Safety professional
* Architect
* Superintendent
* Wastewater Operator
* Project Manager
* Cyber Security
In accordance with our Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Defense, Employer-Partners are prohibited from paying wages to the servicemember during their Skillbridge Internship.
* Strong desire to be part of a "Winning Team"
* Must be an active-duty service member with Command approval to participate in a Skillbridge Internship
* High School diploma is required
* Four-year degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline is preferred but not required
* Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
* Professional Certification adds value (PE, PMP, RA, CQM, CSP, etc.)
* Active government security clearance adds value
