You'll have the opportunity to serve as the primary contact for on-site quality activities, coordinating efforts with customers, BUs, and division personnel.     This position contributes to our vision by:

    • Ensure manufacturing processes meet AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, and DoD requirements.

    • Oversee process validation, first article inspections (FAI per AS9102), and final product inspections to ensure compliance.

    • Implement and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and improve manufacturing quality.

    • Develop and enforce manufacturing process controls to minimize defects and scrap.

    • Ensure inspections, and dimensional analysis are performed accurately.

    • Work closely with production teams to implement Quality Control Plans (QCPs).

    • Ensure compliance with DoD contracts, MIL-STD (Military Standards), ITAR, DFARS, and FAA requirements.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or related field

    • 5 years of of quality experience preferably in Aerospace manufacturing

    • 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred
