    T he Village at Proprietors Green (VPG) is a well-established Luxury Apartment Senior Living Community in Marshfield MA. Welch Senior Living values its' employees and recognizes that it is your dedication that makes our success possible. Requirements: Current MA LPN/RN registration Previous experience working with Seniors in an Assisted Living environment is preferred, but not required. Available positions:

    + Full-time and Part-time positions available on the day (8a - 4p) and evening shifts 12p - 8p).

    Responsibilities:

    + Assists in the provision of care and services to residents.

    + Assists in the assessment of Residents and assists in the establishment of a resident service plan.

    + Acts as a liaison between residents and family members.

    + Coordinates and documents personal care services, medical appointments and access to skilled services when indicated.

    + Oversees emergency response procedures and responds to medical emergencies.
