Temporary Executive Assistant (3–4 Months)
**Location:** Carlsbad, CA | **Type:** Temporary | **Duration:** 3–4 Months
**Experience Level:** Minimum 5 Years Executive Support Experience
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced **Temporary Executive Assistant** to support our CEO and senior leadership team during a 3–4 month engagement. This role is critical in keeping the CEO and other C-level executives aligned and on schedule, while also providing backup support to three VPs.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Heavy Calendar Management:** Proactively manage and coordinate complex calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, travel, and appointments for the CEO and senior executives.
+ **Meeting Coordination:** Organize, prepare, and follow up on internal and external meetings, including executive leadership team sessions and board-related engagements.
+ **Expense Reporting:** Process and reconcile expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
+ **Guest & Visitor Relations:** Greet and host high-level guests, manage onsite logistics, and ensure a professional, welcoming environment.
+ **Executive Backup:** Provide backup administrative support for three VPs as needed, ensuring seamless workflow and coverage.
+ **Executive Support:** Anticipate the needs of the CEO and C-suite, ensuring priorities are managed and deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment
+ Proven experience with calendar management and travel coordination
+ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
+ High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other scheduling or expense tools (e.g., Concur, Google Workspace)

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials. Regularly required to sit or stand, bend and reach.

**Pay Details:** $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
