UC Health is hiring a Medication Safety Coordinator at the University of Cincinnati’s Medical Center Outpatient Pharmacy.

The primary purpose of the Medication Safety Coordinator is to prevent medication errors within UC Health by ensuring that the UC Health meets and exceeds expectations of national and regional patient safety and medication safety organizations.
