The primary role of the Ob/Gyn Project Manager is responsibility of overseeing ongoing initiatives and project that contribute to our enrollment in the Ohio Department of Medicaid's Comprehensive Maternal Care Program. This program is focused on both supporting and rewarding health systems who provide a high level of care to Medicaid-enrolled pregnant and postpartum patients. This role would supervise ongoing projects by compiling, analyzing and interpreting data and by using Process Improvement science to drive program initiatives:

+ Enhanced patient access
+ Patient Engagement
+ Risk Stratification
+ Team-based Care Delivery
+ Care Management Plans
+ Follow Up After Hospital Discharge
+ Patient Experience
+ Community Integration
+ Population Health Management
Minimum Required: BA/BS required | Minimum Experience Required: 3 - 5 years.
Master’s Degree preferred. | Certified Healthcare Professional, PMP Certification, or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred
