Reporting to the Vice President, Pharmacy Services, the System Director is responsible for the administrative, operational, and financial aspects of each reporting pharmacy area and department across the UC Health system. This includes oversight and system alignment of forecasting, productivity, quality control, contracting, personnel management, planning, facilities management, clinical and operational performance improvement, everchanging regulatory requirements, and patient experience across the division of Pharmacy. The System Director is a strategic, system-level partner across care delivery systems charged in identifying priorities and preparing and implementing strategic and tactical plans for targeted programmatic growth of the division of pharmacy, as well as collaborative, sustained improvement in efficiency, financial performance, clinical outcomes, and patient experience across the UC Health system.
