    Human Resource Recruiter/Assistant

     

    Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a **Human Resource Recruiter/Assistant** position in **Centralia, MO** . This is a **temp-to-hire** opportunity with strong potential for growth and development.

     

    This role is ideal for candidates with **at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or administrative support** , especially within **industrial or manufacturing environments** .     Responsibilities for the Human Resource Recruiter/Assistant include but are not limited to:

    + Provide support to divisional HR Business Partners across multiple business units

    + Design and implement recruiting strategies and adjust them as needed

    + Prepare recruitment materials and post to relevant sites and venues

    + Plan, market, and attend hiring events

    + Source and recruit candidates from schools, programs, and job boards

    + Manage full cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding

    + Coordinate pre-employment screening, employment verification, and new hire paperwork

    + Conduct new hire orientations and assist with internal training sessions

    + Act as subject matter expert for group insurance programs and enrollment

    + Track accurate position and headcount data

    + Generate weekly staffing and retention reports

    + Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + High School Diploma or GED (Required)

    + Bachelor's Degree (Strongly Preferred)

    + 3+ years of HR, customer service, or administrative experience (Required)

    + Previous experience recruiting in manufacturing or industrial environments

    + Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    + Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (Preferred)

    + Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

    + Strong time management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

    + Comfortable with conflict resolution and working in fast-paced environments

    + Process improvement and data analytical skills preferred

     

    What’s in this for you?

     

    + Pay: **$25–$30 per hour** (based on experience)

    + Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM**

    **Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
