    Now Hiring: Machine Operator – 1st Shift

    • **Location:** Swannanoa, NC 28778

    • **Duration:** 3-Month Contract

    • **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    • **Pay Rate:** $ 17.00/hour

    •** **What You’ll Do:

     

    Join a hands-on role where you'll set up and operate machines to shape metal or plastic parts with precision. From reading blueprints to inspecting parts and performing basic maintenance, you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly!

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    + Operate and monitor cutting/forming machines

    + Inspect parts for quality and accuracy

    + Load materials and change machine tools

    + Perform light maintenance and adjustments

    + Follow detailed work orders and blueprints

    •** **What You’ll Need:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + 0–2 years of machine operator experience

    + Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools

    + Attention to detail & strong work ethic

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
