    Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a **CNC Lathe Operator** position in **Fenton, MO** . This is a **temp-to-hire** opportunity with a leading manufacturing company offering a great long-term career path.

     

    This position requires candidates to have **experience operating CNC lathes** — **Haas** —including **set-up and offset adjustments** . Candidates should be comfortable reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools. If you meet the qualifications below, apply now!

    Responsibilities for a CNC Lathe Operator include but are not limited to:

    + Setup, layout, and operation of various CNC lathes and/or mills

    + Reading blueprints or job orders for product specifications and tooling instructions

    + Securing workpieces and tools in appropriate positions

    + Adjusting machine settings including feeds, speeds, and depth of cut

    + Using micrometers and calipers to verify conformity to specifications

    + Performing quality checks and reporting discrepancies

    + Following visual work instructions and standard work procedures

    + Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work area (5S standards)

    + Flexibility to rotate across work cells as needed

    + Adhering to all company safety protocols and wearing required PPE

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Minimum **1 year of CNC Haas experience**

    + Experience operating **Haas CNC lathes** with **setup and offset adjustment**

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

    + Proficiency using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools

    + Strong attention to detail and quality-minded work habits

    + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for 90% of the shift

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment

     

    What’s in this for you?

     

    + **Pay** : $ 26.50/hr

    + **Shift** : 2nd Shift – Monday to Thursday, 2:15 PM to 12:45 AM

    + **Training** : Provided on 1st shift

    + **Location** : 100% onsite at Fenton, MO

    **PPE required** : Steel-toe shoes and safety glasses must be worn during the interview and on the job.

    **Pay Details:** $26.50 per hour
