    Job Title: Professional Account SpecialistJob Description

     

    The Account Specialist is responsible for administrative tasks as well as executing recurring departmental responsibilities in support of Account Managers. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring compliance, and providing best-in-class service levels.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage business relationships with clients, including managing client expectations of service levels.

    + Ensure compliance with client requirements throughout the business.

    + Direct the day-to-day service provided to clients, aiming for best-in-class service levels.

    + Create and analyze reports based on client requirements to ensure policy adherence.

    + Support business reviews and webinars for clients; possible travel may be required for client reviews or visits.

    + Ensure data integrity for all reports provided to clients.

    + Manage client-required projects by overseeing and leading, including defining, communicating, and following through on all project details.

    + Ensure departmental processes are designed to mitigate operational risks and losses.

    + Support on-boarding for all new and existing clients in the personal portfolio.

    + Complete necessary training to ensure proficiency on new systems and software releases.

    + Demonstrate proficiency in CRM and all other proprietary systems.

    + Understand yearly goals for assigned clients related to mobility management.

    + Administer, direct, and facilitate client policy adherence within internal departments.

    + Create, review, or enhance client policies to ensure they remain relevant and current.

    + Communicate mobility performance analysis to clients.

    + Actively participate in all client meetings.

    + Consistently demonstrate core values: results, communication, respect, and commitment.

    + Communicate professionally with co-workers, team members, management, and clients.

    + Conform with all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

    + Maintain reliable and predictable attendance.

    + Perform other duties as assigned to ensure departmental efficiency and client satisfaction.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 3 years of customer service experience.

    + Experience in office management, vendor relations, or sales.

    + Strong Excel skills, including spreadsheet management and formulas.

    + Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, with PowerPoint preferred.

    + Proficient in verbal and written communication.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

    + Must have a high school diploma.

    + Minimum of 4 years of customer service or sales experience.

    + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    + Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and exhibit flexibility to departmental needs.

    Work Environment

    Cubicle work environment with 2 other account managers in the department. The position is hybrid, requiring the use of personal equipment (2 days in-office; 3 days remote). Specific work hours and remote days will be assigned by the manager. Required equipment includes a desktop or laptop computer (Windows 10 or greater), 8 GB of memory, 250 GB of storage, a webcam, speakers, and a printer/scanner. The work environment is family-oriented with opportunities for growth and working closely with leadership.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
