Bilingual Medical Assistant – Back Office (English/Spanish, Oncology & Colon/Rectal Patients)

We’re seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Medical Assistant – Back Office to support a prestigious doctor specializing in oncology and colon/rectal care.
• IMPORTANT: Candidates must successfully complete and pass a drug test before hire.
About the Role:
As a Bilingual Medical Assistant in the back office, you will:
+ Provide hands-on patient support in coordination with a high-level physician.
+ Assist in patient intake, vital signs, medical history documentation, and exam preparation.
+ Communicate effectively with patients in English and Spanish, ensuring clarity, comfort, and sensitivity to their specialized medical needs.
+ Maintain accurate patient records and uphold healthcare compliance.
+ Support physicians and nurses with clinical duties, including procedures, injections, and lab coordination.
+ Ensure professionalism in appearance and conduct, reflecting the highest standards of patient care.

• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience in medical assisting (back office preferred).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
