Job Title: Interior ArchitectJob Description
We are seeking a talented Interior Architect to collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to develop interior design concepts. You will be responsible for creating detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections for interior spaces, ensuring that designs meet client requirements, budget constraints, and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality is also a key part of the role. Staying current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs is essential.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to develop interior design concepts.
+ Create detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections for interior spaces.
+ Ensure designs meet client requirements, budget constraints, and regulatory standards.
+ Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
+ Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality.
+ Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs.
+ Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sports facility design.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency with Revit.
+ Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strong client, project management, and time management skills.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a cross-disciplinary team atmosphere and across multiple offices.
+ Strong creative design and drawing skills.
+ Graphic presentation skills.
+ Capacity for conceptual design thinking.
+ 3D design/modeling ability.
+ Knowledge of the construction administration process.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Interior Architecture.
+ 3-10+ years of professional experience with education experience.
Work Environment
You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation. The role may require travel for site visits and inspections. The work environment includes the use of advanced technologies and software such as Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite. Dress code is business casual.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $37.00/hr.
