    Machine Operators Needed in Blaine

     

    1st & 3rd Shift $19-22.80/hr

    Job Description:

    In the Grinding Department, you will operate manual and automated machines to grind and polish wires for medical applications. You will feed wires into buffing machines and use automatic measuring machines to ensure they are within tolerance. If not, you will call a technician to adjust the machine. Visual inspections and measurements with micrometers and calipers are part of the job, along with performing documentation and following work instructions. Cross-training to other machine stations and clean room areas is available if interested. This role involves mainly standing, but floor mats are provided. This position is on the non-clean room production floor side.

    Responsibilities:

    + Operate manual and automated machines to grind and polish medical wires.

    + Feed wires into buffing machines and verify measurements using automatic measuring machines.

    + Call a technician if the machine needs adjustment.

    + Perform visual inspections and measurements using micrometers and calipers.

    + Document work and follow work instructions.

    + Cross-train to other machine stations and clean room areas as needed.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
