    Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced technician skilled in EPDM, TPO, Modified Bitumen, and built-up roofing. Your responsibilities will include handling service calls, performing leak repairs, and installing curbs, pipes, and various roof penetrations according to manufacturer specifications. You will work with both single-ply and double-ply membrane systems and should be proficient in measurements and using tape measures. Access to basic hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and tape measures is required.

    Responsibilities

    + Handle service calls and perform leak repairs.

    + Install curbs, pipes, and various roof penetrations according to manufacturer specifications.

    + Work with single-ply and double-ply membrane systems.

    + Accurately perform measurements using tape measures.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in EPDM, TPO, Modified Bitumen, and built-up roofing.

    + Familiarity with single-ply membrane systems.

    + Safety-conscious mindset.

    + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    + Previous experience in roofing and construction.

    + Access to basic hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, tape measures, etc.).

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with shingle roofing.

    + Proficiency in using power tools.

    Work Environment

     

    You will work in commercial settings such as hospitals, colleges, corporations, and schools. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime. All work is local to the Rochester area and surrounding counties.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairport, New York.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
