Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a mechanically based history with millwright type of knowledge, or a tech level experience. The role involves working as part of a multi-craft team, handling various maintenance tasks, including pumps, sprockets, chains, and conveyor rollers.

Responsibilities

+ Perform mechanical maintenance tasks such as handling pumps, sprockets, chains, and conveyor rollers.

+ Work as part of a multi-craft team where everyone performs various tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Mechanical and electrical skills.

+ Experience with power tools, hydraulics, and repair.

+ Troubleshooting skills.

+ Maintenance technician experience.

+ PLC troubleshooting knowledge.

+ SAP knowledge.

+ Industrial maintenance experience.

+ Preventive maintenance skills.

+ Ability to handle work orders and facilities maintenance.

+ Millwright experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience working in an industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting environment.

+ No mechanical or electrical assessment required, but technical questions will be asked during the interview.

This position is based in a clean, air-conditioned facility with one line. All work is performed indoors, providing a comfortable and controlled work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shreveport, Louisiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.38 - $29.38/hr.
