**Pay Rate** :

_$55,000-$69,500 per year_

_Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range._

The Job You Will Perform:

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

+ Manage flight arrangements and scheduling of all company aircraft

+ Be a liaison with vendor on scheduling training needs, providing feedback, etc.

+ Track hours of plane usage and align with the terms of the contract

+ Process forms required for international travel

+ Interact with senior level executives and customers

+ Maintain clear communication with all relevant parties

+ Other aviation and/or travel related tasks as needed

+ Perform additional and other related duties as assigned to support departmental goals

+ This role can be onsite or hybrid

The Skills You Will Bring:

+ Experience with travel scheduling and/or aviation preferred

+ Excellent PC skills including Excel

+ Excellent communication skills with peers and senior leaders

+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly confidential issues in a professional manner

+ Strong organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail skills

+ Ability to quickly pivot as business needs change

+ Must be able to collaborate effectively with others

+ Exercises sound judgment with the ability to proactively research and resolve issues
