**Position** : Sales & Marketing Support Intern

+ Must be currently enrolled in college or university with an emphasis in Broadcasting, Business, Advertising, Marketing, or Communications that requires an internship experience.

+ Possess excellent organizational skills with multi-tasking capabilities, communication skills (both written and verbal), and problem solving / critical thinking skills.

+ Strong marketing / promotional / graphic design background, as either educational focus or equivalent experience, is a plus.

+ Computer experience including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

+ Adobe Creative Cloud and other graphic design program experience a plus.

+ Ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and business proposals.

+ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a variety of individuals.

+ Ability to work on short deadlines and in pressure situations with the ability to prioritize.

+ Strong team player – foster a spirit of cooperation and helpfulness while able to work well individually.

+ Ability to work in compliance with company policies and procedures.

+ Ability to learn new programs and new procedures.

+ Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Works under tight deadlines and in pressure situations. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to manipulate general office equipment (telephone, copier, etc.). Ability to read, hear and speak clearly and follow both oral and written direction. Ability to think critically and quickly and to articulate information in clear, concise manner to others. Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Average pushing and pulling, bending, and stooping. Lift and carry up to 25 lbs. The Company may make reasonable accommodations to facilitate the ability to perform essential job functions.

+ Assist in creating collateral (proposals, one-sheets, presentations, etc.) for use by account representatives and other departments.

+ Apply marketing data to proposals and client focused documents effectively and efficiently.

+ Conduct general administrative support including maintaining electronic files, tracking campaign elements, pulling airchecks, etc.

+ Assist with coordination of sales-related initiatives as assigned by Marketing Support Manager.

+ Seek out ways to expand current skills and abilities, take initiative to learn new tasks, duties, technology, and equipment.

+ Offer ideas that would enhance or improve the way work is completed.

+ Report to work on time and work agreed upon, established hours.

+ Attending meetings and brainstorming sessions.

+ Complete other duties as requested and needed.
