Overview:

Xerox Corporation, is an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years is currently seeking a Delivery Driver / Installation Specialist to support greater South Texas. As a Delivery Driver / Installation Specialist you will be responsible for loading, securing, delivering and basic set-up of equipment, while providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time (Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM with occasional overtime) opportunity delivering equipment.

What You’ll Do:

+ Operate an automatic box truck in a safe and timely manner, including daily inspection of the

+ vehicle

+ Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record

+ Load, deliver, install and collect equipment at various customer locations

+ Test equipment for performance and copy quality

+ Provide excellent customer service

+ Provide basic customer training on copiers, printers and other office technology equipment

+ Perform general technical duties such as connecting equipment to networks

+ Assist in other areas of the warehouse when needed

What You Need to Succeed:

+ Valid Driver’s License with a relatively clean driving record

+ One (1) or more years of experience driving a 16’ – 26’ box delivery truck preferred

+ Ability to lift 50 – 75 lbs.

+ Displays a willingness to be trained on digital office equipment

+ Prior hands-on experience with troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical equipment repairs

+ Ability to use hand tools

+ Experience using smartphones, laptops, and tablets with exposure to Microsoft Office (Word,

+ Excel, and Outlook)

+ Previous experience with software and hardware updates preferred

+ Familiarity with networking and internet connectivity preferred

+ Experience with copiers and printers preferred

+ Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
