Manager, Quality Assurance
Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of establishing and overseeing quality assurance processes for an AI-enabled product within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities include setting up QA procedures, overseeing QA teams, and ensuring the product consistently meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates should have strong expertise in QA practices and a background in healthcare technology.
Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
+ Develop and implement QA processes and procedures, spanning across multiple teams, to ensure high product quality.
+ Establish a framework for continuous process improvement and best practices in QA.
+ Coordinate with offshore (vendor partner) QA teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall QA strategy.
+ Manage communications and reporting between onshore and offshore teams.
+ Identify opportunities to automate testing processes and reduce manual testing efforts.
+ Oversee the implementation and maintenance of QA automation tools and frameworks.
+ Ensure the QA team is trained and proficient in the use of these tools.
+ Develop and implement strategies for testing AI enabled products in the healthcare domain
+ Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in AI testing.
+ Collaborate with the development team to integrate AI testing into the overall QA strategy.
+ Define, track, and report on quality metrics to senior management.
+ Use data-driven analysis to identify quality trends and areas for improvement.
+ Work closely with product management, development, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and schedules.
+ Participate in project planning and team meetings to provide input on quality assurance aspects.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
+ 7+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
+ Proven experience in setting up and improving QA processes.
+ Strong background in QA automation
+ Experience working with offshore teams and managing distributed teams effectively.
+ Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and related testing strategies.
+ Current or recent experience in healthcare domain
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in normal office working conditions.

The hiring range for this position is:
$122,335.00-$166,114.75
