Milford Regional Medical Center is a full-service, community and regional teaching hospital located in Milford, Mass. and serves patients from more than 20 towns in Central Massachusetts. Statement of Purpose : Under the direct supervision of the Diet Supervisors, the Dietary Aide performs a variety of food service, dish room duties and cash handling duties as well as other related activities.

Qualifications: Education: Ability to read, write, speak & understand English at a 8th grade level. High school graduate preferred.

Certification / License: Serve Safe certification preferred.

Experience: Food service experience in a health care facility preferred. Must have good positive, interpersonal Communication skills.

Ability to read & comprehend patient meal ticket information in English –food items, name, room #

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Possess stamina to constantly make trips up & down to patient floors, delivering / retrieving trays,

floor supplies, etc. throughout the shift

Ability to stand throughout the shift while performing duties.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in English.

MRMC Differentials:

Hospital differentials are: $2.75 hourly for weekends . All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
