• Transportation Supervisor - Distribution Center

    Reyes Holdings (Mccook, IL)


    Schedule: Availability for both Schedules is required

     

    Schedule 1: Mon,Tue,Thurs,Friday : 1100-2130

     

    Schedule 2: Sun-Tues: 1700-0500, Wed: 1700-2300

     

    Salary: $70,544.63 - $88,180.79 Annually

    Position responsibilities:

    + Develop and coach a Union Driver Group & others

    + Track and verify DOT HOS

    + Supervises the daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling

    + Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships by coordinating drivers to meet customers' needs

    + Develops a transportation staff to ensure quality standards and productivity goals are achieved

    + Other duties as assigned

    Required Education and Experience:

    + Associate's Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience

    Pre ferred Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree
