DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position prepares and maintains Agency purchase of service agreements and independent contractor contracts, assuring accuracy of provider rates and obtaining all required supporting documentation initially and ongoing. Work involves monitoring purchased provider clearances and insurance. Written and verbal communication with stakeholders will be included in your duties. You will be responsible for completion of contract monitoring duties for all Agency contracts, including analyzation and data entry of provider progress notes/encounter forms and purchased provider site visits; in order to evidence services and ensure compliance.
Other duties to include but not limited to:
+ Data entry of necessary program and fiscal related information into the Agency’s data collection system and maintenance of data in system, as needed
+ Cross training with our other fiscal staff and performing related fiscal duties as back-up or overflow
+ Completing and submitting reports and forms as required
+ Preparing fiscal reports as needed for Administrator and Fiscal Officer
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
+ Full-time employment
+ Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
+ Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
+ Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
+ Two years of experience performing bookkeeping or clerical accounting work;or
+ An associate degree in accounting or business administration including or supplemented by 6 credits in accounting;or
+ Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
+ Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
