• Java Developer - Order Management Systems

    CTG is seeking to fill a Java Developer – Order Management Systems opening for our client in Dallas, TX.

     

    **Location:** Dallas, TX

    **Duration:** 12 months

    Duties:

    + Develop and support critical components of the Order Management System using Java and related technologies.

    + Work closely with business analysts and technical teams to implement features that support the AMDOCS Order Management System and CRM systems.

    + Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code, integrating with SOAP and RESTful services.

    + Develop and maintain APIs and back-end components using EJB and Spring Frameworks.

    + Collaborate in the software development life cycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

    + Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues as needed.

    + Utilize Jenkins and other CI/CD tools for automated deployment.

    + Use Linux shell scripting for automation and operational support tasks.

    Skills:

    + Proficiency in Core Java 7+, J2EE, and Spring Framework (Core, MVC, etc.)

    + Hands-on experience with AMDOCS Order Management System and CRM systems ( **_MUST-HAVE_** )

    + Strong experience with SQL and Oracle Database

    + Experience in API development using EJB, REST, and SOAP

    + Familiarity with WebLogic Application Server

    + Working knowledge of CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins

    + Strong command over Linux Shell Scripting

    Experience:

    + 5+ years of experience in Java development, including enterprise-level applications

    + Demonstrated experience with AMDOCS Order Management System and CRM systems in a production environment

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
