    Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Field Service Technician** to join their team **onsite** in St Louis, MO and provide end-user support. The technician will follow a set weekly route, supporting 4+ assigned store locations, with a focus on ensuring reliable technical performance and customer satisfaction.

    Duties and Responsibilities** **:

    + Perform on-site technical support and troubleshooting at assigned retail store locations

    + Follow a consistent weekly route visiting approximately 2 stores per day

    + Install Printers and Desktops

    + Provide end-user support for hardware and basic networking issues

    + Maintain professionalism and clear communication with store contacts and support teams

    + Track time and service activities through mobile ticketing systems or documentation platforms

    + Collaborate with internal teams for escalations or equipment coordination

    + Maintain company-issued vehicle and tools responsibly

    Skills and Qualifications** **:

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Excellent professionalism and customer service presence

    + Proficiency in CAT6 cabling, punch-downs, and terminations

    + Basic understanding of networking, PC troubleshooting, and field repair techniques

    Wage Range:

    The rate for this position is between **$17.00 - $21.00 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
