    Job Description

    Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:

    + Provides support to senior bankers.

    + Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis and drafting.

    + Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.

    + Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables,transaction comparables and LBO analysis.

    + Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.

    + Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.

    Education:

    + Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field.

    + Master’s degree or MBA (Preferred).

    Work Experience:

    + 3+ year of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1+ years with a MBA in Industrials Investment Banking.

    Skills and Abilities:

    + Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with a preference to experience in Industrials.

    + Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Team player and self-starter.

    The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

     

    Base Pay Range

    Minimum:

    $131,250.00 USD

    Maximum:

    $225,000.00 USD
