ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior** **Network Security Engineer** to join our team in **Clarksburg WV.**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Collaborate with network administrators, project managers and other network engineers to perform their job duties.

+ Implementing, diagnosing, and repairing network issues.

+ Developing networks and coordinating with team members to identify network needs.

+ Analyze user needs and develop solutions; aid employees and other individuals on how to maintain the network effectively.

+ Establishing, developing, and maintaining computer networks between organizations utilizing existing infrastructure.

+ Maintain network security ensuring that network data remains secure.

+ Proficiency in both networking and cybersecurity technologies and protocols; experience in managing and troubleshooting Linux or Unix base operating systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree (in field mathematics, telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science) or equivalent; 7 years' experience with bachelor's in computer science or related field degree, 10 years' experience with associate's in computer science or related field degree, 13 years' experience without a bachelor's in computer science or related field degree.

+ 3+ years of total experience with 2 years of current experience in supporting and troubleshooting various computing devices and operating systems.

+ Knowledge of networking hardware including CPUs, wiring, and routers and experience with ALG (RTP, RTSP, and FTP, DNS, HTTP), DHCP.

+ Proficiency in both networking and cybersecurity technologies and protocols.

+ Experience in managing and troubleshooting Linux or Unix base operating systems.

+ Experience working in an Agile organization SAFe.

+ Shift: Day, with possible after hour and/or weekend on call duties that usually rotate among staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ A+ certification.

+ Security+ certification.

+ CASP or CCCA certification.

Clearance Requirements:

+ Must have a current/active Top-Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.

+ Constantly operates a computer.

+ Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
