ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Logistics Specialist** to support the Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager Intelligence and Cyber Operations Contract to join our team in **Stafford, VA** .
The Logistics Specialist assists the Product Support Manager and Logistics Management Specialists with the planning, developing, coordinating, and execution of comprehensive product support strategies for programs within PM CSS.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Coordinate Independent Logistics Assessments on behalf of the Product Support Manager and Lead Logistics Management Specialist.
+ Develop and coordinate life cycle product support activity schedules and plans of action and milestones (POA&M).
+ Provide guidance for logistics meetings such as Integrated Product Teams (IPT), working groups, technology transition planning, and life cycle related meetings.
+ Develop, coordinate, and prepare logistics briefs, and other executive level documents/products for recurring and stand-alone events.
+ Provide acquisition life cycle product support to assist in the development, update, and evaluation of documentation, including the following: Life Cycle Support Plans and Supportability Strategies, Independent Logistics Assessments, Fielding Plans, Disposal Plans, and Performance Based Logistics Plans.
+ Update the Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS).
+ Develop, update, and perform corrective action on the Cataloging Action Requests (CAR), requests for nomenclature, and Letters of Adoption and Procurement.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree and at least five (5) years of experience supporting DoD programs. Additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
+ At least 5 years of experience developing updated Technical Manuals, Supply Instructions, and Modification Instructions
Preferred Qualifications:
+ USMC experience.
+ Experience with Project Management, Acquisitions, Equipment Fielding, Document Development and Authorization, Process Improvement, Resource Planning, Qualitative Analysis, Logistics Plans.
+ Experience analyzing and reporting on support equipment requirements.
+ Business Case Analyses, Facilities Plans, and Maintenance Plans and report results.
+ Experience conducting Technical Manual reviews, validation/verification, and report findings to ensure the system is properly documented for Marine Corps Operators and Maintainers.
+ Developing update program provisioning plans.
+ Updating the provisioning technical data and engineering data for provisioning.
Clearance Requirements:
+ Must have a current/active secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
+ Periodic CONUS/OCONUS travel may be required.
