Job Overview
The Operational Excellence Analyst will play a critical role in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies across the organization. This position involves analyzing current operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and performance.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
+ Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
+ Monitor and measure the impact of process improvements, providing regular reports and updates to management.
+ Facilitate training and workshops to educate employees on best practices and continuous improvement techniques.
+ Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the organization.
Qualifications/Skills
+ Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or a similar role (preferred)
