Job Summary
The Case Manager will maintain administrative oversight or intervention plans developed for student who experience behavioral or emotional concerns through a variety of interventions, referrals, and follow-up services. They will assist with the management and coordination of services aimed at assisting students with concerns that impact their success. Responsibilities will include needs assessment, data collection, record keeping, case management consultation/collaboration with appropriate parties, and educational research.

Minimum Qualifications
+ Master’s degree in in student affairs, higher education, psychology, sociology, counseling or other related field.
+ Understanding of issues facing college students
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Attention to detail and exceptional oral and written communication skills are required.
+ Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
+ Sound decision-making skills and ability to exercise independent judgment.
+ Comfort with and demonstrated commitment to diversity and fostering a collaborative multicultural environment
+ Some experience in a higher education setting.
+ Crises management experience in the college/university environment.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Some experience and/or training in mediation and alternative dispute resolution in the college/university environment.
+ Some experience/Knowledge in working with community agencies to provide support to students.
+ Some experience with Maxient’s Conduct Manager software.
