Purpose

Reporting to the Manager of EDI, the EDI Developer II will work as part of the EDI team in the design and development of EDI applications, interfaces, and maps. Currently, the EDI team supports nearly 3,000 EDI trading partners for AAA Cooper Transportation. The primary responsibilities of the EDI Developer II include the following:

+ Assist in completing new EDI setups and ensuring execution meets committed timeframes.

+ Help establish file transfer protocols according to trading partner or 3 rd party requirements.

+ Work with senior members to establish EDI requirements.

+ Perform comprehensive testing of EDI transactions with trading partners or 3 RD parties.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve EDI processing issues.

+ Provide day-to-day support for all EDI transaction issues.
