    We are looking for a highly motivated and hospitality-driven Ski Simulator Instructor to join our team.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    + Greet guests and provide a quick overview of how the ski simulator works

    + Assist users with getting set up, including boots, safety gear, and positioning

    + Operate the simulator control panel to adjust speed, incline, and other settings

    + Ensure user safety and guide basic movements

    + Monitor simulator sessions and provide encouragement and support as needed

    + Reset equipment between users and perform basic cleaning/maintenance

    + Answer questions about the simulator and facility

    + Report technical issues or safety concerns to management promptly

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

    + Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service focused

    + Knowledge of skiing practices and principles

    + Comfortable operating basic machinery or control panels (training provided)

    + Able to remain calm and supportive in a fast-paced environment

    + Physically able to assist guests and move around the simulator area

    + Prior experience in hospitality, recreation, or customer service a plus

    + Availability on weekends and holidays preferred
