**AdventHealth Medical Group** is seeking an APP (PA or Nurse Practitioner) to join our expanding **Neurosurgery** service line and collaborative team in our **AdventHealth East Division (Daytona Beach)** .

With the launch of the Neurosurgery program over 2 decades ago, AdventHealth East FL Division has continued to **invest, innovate, and produce high quality outcomes** , quickly becoming the area’s leaders in brain and spine care. Our dedicated team has earned numerous accreditations and awards, including TJC Spine Certification, US news world report best spine and stroke hospital, Thrombolytic Capable accreditation, Blue Distinction spine, and American Heart Get with the Guidelines.

We are seeking a neurosurgery APP dedicated to continuing our tradition of excellence in both clinical practice and professionalism, while maintaining AdventHealth’s mission, vision, and values.

The APP will assist in both the OR, and hospital rounding, as well as maintain a clinic schedule.

The ideal candidate will have:

+ **Experience with neurosurgery/spine, pain management, neurology, or critical care**

+ Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends

+ Team player with patient-first mindset

+ Excellent communication skills

Licensure, Certification, and Registration Requirements

+ Master’s degree in Nursing (APRN) as an FNP or Physician Assistant (PA) studies

+ Board Certification

+ Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure)

+ DEA License required or ability to obtain

Practice Overview

Our neurosurgery team consists of **5 neurosurgeons** , and **6 experienced APPs** . The practice is a part of **AdventHealth Medical Group** . AHMG is a sister organization of AdventHealth which employs 350+ physicians in 27 individual service lines. This aligned model and practice management experience provides the opportunity for the physicians to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.
