SCOPE OF POSITION:

We're seeking a highly motivated and curious intern to develop AI competencies. This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore and create autonomous AI agents. You will work alongside experienced IT architects, gaining hands-on experience in designing, training, and evaluating agent-based systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and a desire to learn about the exciting and rapidly evolving field of agentic AI.

+ Assist in the development and implementation of AI agent algorithms: This may include working with reinforcement learning, planning, natural language processing, and other relevant techniques.

+ Contribute to the design and implementation of simulation environments: These environments will be used to train and test our AI agents.

+ Help with the collection and preparation of data: This data will be crucial for training and evaluating agent performance.

+ Conduct experiments and analyze results: You will help to evaluate the performance of different agent architectures and algorithms.

+ Document code and experiments: Maintaining clear and organized documentation is essential for reproducibility and collaboration.

+ Explore and learn new technologies and frameworks: The field of AI is constantly evolving, so a willingness to learn is crucial.

Qualifications

**KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:** (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)

+ Must be a current undergraduate student majoring in an accredited degree program for Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field entering their junior or senior year.

+ Excellent communication, interpersonal skills – written & verbal

+ Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task and prioritize work

+ Strong programming skills in Python and/or other languages required in AI development.

+ Familiarity with machine learning concepts and techniques.

+ A passion for AI and a desire to learn about agent-based systems.

+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Hybrid (3 days office, 2 WFH).
