Position Summary...
What you'll do...
_We are looking for an execution oriented, strategic thinker to join our Revenue Operations team as Manager, Revenue Operations. This individual will work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Customer Success, Analytics , and cross functionally with business leads to drive operational excellence in our go-to-market and sales operations motions._
Responsibilities:
+ Sales Process & Strategy:
+ Build sales workflows
+ Drive process optimization and documentation
+ Define and refine sales rules of engagement, SLAs and SOPs
+ Partner with Sales on requirements & needs
+ Accelerate, automate, and scale sales efforts
+ Own sales requests ingestion
+ Collaborate with RevOps tech leads on CRM roadmap planning
+ Proactively identify gaps in the business
+ GTM Operations & Execution
+ Support GTM Planning activities
+ Operationalizing product launches
+ Coordinating with Marketing & Customer Success to align GTM initiatives
+ Own sales change management
+ Support and own evaluation and adoption measurements of sales productivity and enablement tools

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
