    Inframark is seeking a qualified and highly motivated Project Manager in Jasper, GA. This position will lead a multidisciplinary work team in delivering outstanding operations, maintenance, and management of water and wastewater plants. We are looking for candidates that are dual Georgia Class 1 licensed Water and Wastewater Operator candidates with outstanding leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Analyze operational process control procedures and maintenance protocols to achieve full compliance with regulatory requirements.

    + Inspect facilities, evaluate O&M functions, review records and data, and interview and select new personnel.

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for Inframark with local clients, building and maintaining positive connections.

    + Maintain operational records and prepare reports required by clients and regulatory agencies.

    + Ensure compliance with city, county, state, and federal laws and policies, as well as company policies and procedures.

    + Attend council meetings and represent Inframark and the client with state and federal agencies.

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience or any combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

    + At least ten years of dynamically responsible experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment Operations management.

    + Georgia Class 1 Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator certification, or ability to obtain through reciprocity

    + A strong detailed work style with a dedication to continuous improvement.

    + Confirmed experience in making sound financial, technical, and management decisions.

    + Proficient digital literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.

    + A valid driver’s license.

    Compensation for this role is commensurate with experience and includes a generous benefits and bonus plan.
