    By joining the Midtown 45 team as the Frontline Sales Director, you will be responsible for achieving defined sales targets through proactive support and management of the sales team. You will also be responsible for supporting the Project Director with staff recruitment, development and site financial management.

    How You'll Shine

    + Achieve sales targets by motivating and supporting staff to reach performance goals.

    + Assist in providing training, education, and performance monitoring for the sales team.

    + Support marketing programs and ensure sales staff understand marketing strategies.

    + Represent the company ethically, professionally, and in adherence to industry best practices.

    + Actively engage in management duties, training, sales meetings, and provide on-site support.

    + Demonstrate integrity by taking responsibility and delivering on commitments.

    + Exhibit leadership by ensuring effective communication, respecting peers, and supporting the team.

     

    What You’ll Bring

    To be considered for this great opportunity you will be able to demonstrate the following;

    + Have a passion for sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience

    + Be driven, self motivated and results focused

    + Sound problem solving and negotiating skills

    + Ability to recognize financial trends and their application to the business

    + Be flexible to work the operational hours of the site, including evenings and weekends

    + Previous exposure to Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales

    Compensation

     

    Generally starting at $108,000 - $108,000 per year plus commissions and bonuses. The actual salary rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
